The problem we name
The Expert–Manufacturer Gap. In the GCC, the people who know which materials are genuinely sustainable, and the people who make and sell them, are almost never connected through verified, centralized data. Specs get written on trust, not evidence.
What Synterra closes it with
A platform where every material carries its certification lineage — EPD, LCA, LEED and GSAS mapping — so a consultant can specify with confidence and a supplier can prove what they claim.
Our brand colors
Four layers, one core sample: Bedrock, Canopy, Strata, and Grove. They're named after our own infrastructure — the foundation, the growth, the ground, and the certification it earns.
